The Ministry of Road transport and highways Government of India is holding a month-long campaign “National Road Safety Month” which is being held from 18th January 2021 to 17th February 2021. The theme for this year is, “Sadak Suraksha- Jeevan Raksha”.

The department of Orthopaedics AIIMS Mangalagiri is holding a series of activities to promote road safety awareness which includes:

1. Poster competition for the Student, Nursing officers on the theme Sadak Suraksha- Jeevan Raksha. Last date to submit posters (NO e-posters) is 12.2.2021
2. Walkathon to promote awareness of road safety from the OPD block to Mangalagiri Bus stand and back on 14.2.2021(SUNDAY) at 7.30 am.
3. Talk in the OPD, display of Posters and role play by the students to create awareness about the importance of road safety on 15.2.2021(MONDAY).
